Re: Please review my web site and provide me with input

Personally, I think it works just like it is. I am a minimalist, though.

Great stuff, I'll be checking out future posts.

Re: Please review my blog (comments needed)

The posts in the left column seem to blend together. I think this is due in part to the lack of contrasting colors and relatively small post titles when copared to the bold text categories. Try...

Re: Designers: Do you 'Plug' the Sites you Design?

I agree with onlinemarketer. As for tracking and enforcement on a free template, active enforcement is a waste of time (IMO). If you do find one without the footer, maybe send a polite e-mail...

Re: Web site critique

I agree with BrainDance on all points. What bothers me the most is that the entire site is dependent on Flash. Just for kicks, I disabled the Flash plugin on my browser and went to the site. This is...

Re: Need Help With Text Wrapping In WP Revolution 3.0 Theme

I'm not sure if there's a way to tell the video to align left as you would do with an image. You could always contain the video within a new div that has a set width and is aligned left. Just be sure...

Re: How Many Meta-Tag Keywords Is Too Many?

I guess the lesson here is that it doesn't hurt to optimize for SEO as much as possible. An extra line of meta keywords never hurts, IMHO.

Re: I Love PHP. What Do You Love?

Pina coladas and getting caught in the rain.

Oh, and PHP. But I mostly love design, print and web.

Re: How Many Meta-Tag Keywords Is Too Many?

I generally stay anywhere between 10-20, treating the meta keywords as a quick intro to the real content. In my experience, good search engine placement comes from contextual keywords, so when...

Re: Wordpress wp-comments-post.php redirect issue - please help

Try adding "%20" as the space. If you go to a URL with a space, that's what the browser replaces it with.

Re: What Do You Think About This Site ? Any Comments?

Man, why do I have to be the bad guy? :)

I like the site layout. Clean and easy to get around. The thing that I could do without is the Flash navigation and the sounds. Flash is great for...

Re: Web Servers And Their Relevance To Seo

That's interesting, I've never even considered this. As far as I know, server types don't matter that much with SEO, but now you've got me re-thinking it. I'll post if I find anything.

Re: First attempt at a header graphic

Right on! That's the image I had in my head. You might want to reconsider placing an action statement below the "More Money to Spend" text, since people react to directions. Now if it's a site header...

Re: First attempt at a header graphic

I didn't expect both lines of text to be gone, but I like it! Four words that make me want to click - "More Money To Spend." Nice. You may want to put the bottom line back, but it can go either way,...

I've got a site template just about finished, with all CSS hacks and such in place for proper cross-browser display. There is one problem, though that I can't seem to wrap my head around.

IE has...

I've run into this as well. It's definitely the SSL provider's error - ID's can't have underscores.

Now if that error affects the SEO performance, I don't know.
