Thanks for the encouragement!

If by TOC you mean Table of Contents, you need to use the format button when you edit text and H2/H3/H4 the titles as appropriate. It creates the TOC...

I always take time out for myself. I limit the amount of time on the computer, and exercise at least 5 times a week. I find my evening runs refresh me more than any drink.
