Oddly, I use Ghost to make an image of my drive as well. I do it about once a month to a External USB Drive. I also backup my documents and such to a different USB Drive every week.

QUickbooks has a free version that is ok if you have a few payors. But it limits them to 20. So if you have more than 20 customers who pay you it won't work.
