What is your business about?

If you're a SEO consultant (at least 99.9% on WF are self-proclaimed consultants) you should link related things to SEO. News about algo changes, itneresting blog posts from trusted sites like MOZ, Google and so on. Post some funny images related to internet marketing/SEO as well.

It's not that hard man.

My business is assistance in getting legal residence permit in EU (not for asylum seekers/refugees, but for business people). This niche is quite boring for social networks, it's mostly legal information and procedures there. So, which content should I post?

I've got 4 offers, each for a different marketing package aimed at different types of clients. One of the 4 will touch a button and get them to reach out to me. There's a pinned graphic to get their attention, and the first post on the page (very bottom) is a subtle call to action.

Post catchy 'call to action' comments. No long messages describing the product or service - let your website do that once you have an engaged customer. Also, keep images eye catching and relevant. Images do the talking for you.

Can I first ask you this genuine question please, what was your intention when you went ahead and opened a Facebook page. Answering that question will help you sort out the issues you are having. What I am saying is that you need to create a niche that you will focus on when it comes to posting. It will be easier to have a specific niche and look for relevant posts. Avoid making your website a general place to post general things.

What you need to think about is why you set up a business page and your goals then work back.

How many likes is your first goal - eg 100
How do you attract people to page ? - Giving value and sharing tips.
You can share the content by blog or video - this is the best way
Where does your niche hang out ?

Answer these questions to start with and you will have some great answers.

Post funny memes and pictures/videos of kittens, puppies, any babies of any species will do. Humor will make you popular. That's what I'm thinking anyway.

Or you can create some controversy-- be ready for criticism with that.

Your business page should contain the latest updates about your organization. If you updated a blog, share it in your page. Also share the discounts and offers for your products if any. Of course you should post all the updates about your business which are open for your customers, Let's say if you are making a promotion, you may post that on your social media accounts.
