how do I find the area targeted in my ad?

I have a person that set up a FB ad for me. I wanted the ad to be run only in a specific set of zip codes. The responses that I'm getting are clearly not from the zip codes that I wanted.

Before I just assume that this person disregarded the area I wanted to target, maybe there's another issue that I'm not aware of. I want to check out the zip codes listed in the ad.
How do I do that?

I tried the ads manager and nothing showed up.

Where would I look?

Just use the target location and type your pin code it will display the area what you prefer .

Have you tried asking the person who did set up the ad for you?

Yes. His answer didn't make too much sense to me, but I'm not the marketing guy. He told me that he thinks that the FB algorithm may have "latched" on to friends associated with the target thus spreading out the targeted area beyond what was initially indicated.

Click the name of the campaign that you'd like to edit.
From the page menu on the left, click Settings.
Click the drop-down arrow next to "Locations."
Enter the name of the country that you'd like to target.
