This audience has been disabled because most of the people have the same first or last name. Ads based on a person's name violate Facebook's Advertising Guidelines.¨

I got this message. Even though I didn't target people with the same first or last name. How can you contact facebook? Or facebook ads? I cant see how to do that on the facebook ads page. I am using custom audiences with ids.

So annoyed right now. Man.
