Website Design Contract For Client Needed

I am doing website design. For new clients shouldn't I have them sign some basic contracts about what they will be getting for my design service? Are there any templates available for this and then I can add specifics for my business?

    You will find out soon, that things such as a contract are best designed yourself. A template is a good start if you are totally clueless, but your contract must account for all of the unique contingencies of custom web development. What is good for one client, may not be good for another. What covers your rear this time, may not work next time. You need experience dealing with the myriad of different client and project types, before you can refine the best contract possible.
