Looking for Feedback on a Service-Based Site

Hey all,

I've had some good luck here with getting constructive criticism before, so figured I'd try again with a new project.

I'm working on getting into restaurant consulting and looking to use ppc/web to increase my network, rather than relying solely on local referrals.

If you have a minute, please take a look and see what you think. I'm getting users to the request a quote page, but seeing abandonment there. Any ideas?

    Biggest thing I see, where is the quote page? Don't see it, don't see a link. Unless that is the contact page, which is not the best route and could be confusing to your visitors, maybe a reason they are leaving?

    Unless you took that page down?

    What is the goal? To get quotes right? Yet, on the main page, there is NO call to action, none. You want quote's, then that should be the main purpose on your main page. No? Or on every page.

    Thank you for taking a look! I actually did a bit of re-designing based on feedback I got elsewhere. I opted for more upfront pricing and a call-based contact instead.

    If you have any feedback about the site as it stands, I'd love to hear it!

      Overall looks pretty good. My question is this...who are you selling the services to, the owners of restaurants or the staff? Your writing is very "Staff" oriented" Owners could really care less about $10 on a $200 bill. They want to see how they can decrease cost's and increase profits.

      You are no longer working in the restaurants, you have elevated yourself as experts in all things restaurant related. no mention of books ( adding an accountant as a partner might be a good idea) Food cost analysis. Employee cost analysis. etc. I read over your site and I think 3 young people wanting to travel at someone else's expense. I know that is not the intention.. but that is the vibe.

      I may not be a Restaurant owner, ( I have been in the past ) but I am a business owner and I would not give you guys a second thought based on your site. You have not mentioned once a business pain that you have solutions for. Its about you and the experience you bring to the table... and not about how your experience translates to solutions for your clients.

      You about us images. You need Professional headshots. Gentlemen need to be in suits and the young lady appropriately dressed. No ands ifs or buts. you know as well as I do, you are asking to be given the keys to a million dollar plus operation.. you had better look the part!

        I agree with Savidge that the site gives off a vibe of being slightly amateur. You also don't go into detail about your value proposition and what you will really be doing onsite at the restaurants.

        Thanks for the feedback! I'm going to be revising the content and photos, as you suggested. I agree with you in that it might be a bit too informal as it stands, and I also agree that adding specifics would be helpful. Thanks again!

      Looks great. I had a quick look and aside from the "vibe" that the others mentioned I noticed one small issue. It's mostly mobile ready, however when I resized the white text on the front page became too small to read.
