Am using twenty twelve theme in my WordPress website and i need to crate a gallery where visitors can post and share their photos and also post and comments in their photos.

    I don't think there's one right plugin. That's like asking which car is right for me. It just depends on what type of plugin works for your audience and what you can do. If you're not sure which plugin to select then try sorting by "Number of Downloads" and that might clear it up.

    Try googling "Top Wordpress Gallery Plugins" and see what you can find. The reviews will help you narrow it down further.

    There are many plugins like gallery, foobox, photoscape, etc.. Here , you can get a list of wordpress gallery plugins as well.
