I'm looking for talented designer who can provide me high quality PSD design for the subject related to dating and romance (not erotic nor porn!). What I expect is something classy, smooth and elegant.

If you're interested please send me some examples of designs that can be described as above. It doesn't necessarily have to be similar subject but I need to have a proof of your skills.

Although this is one time job it may grow into more regular job opportunity. I have number of different projects running and once I find a designer that have both the right skills and with whom I can communicate well then I will have no reason to search further.

      If you want to be successful here I can offer you a few pieces of advice:

      1) Freelancer is well known here as a cheesy scammers outfit. If you are smart you will dissociate yourself from there as quickly as possible. Try eLance or oDesk instead.

      2) If you are going to solicit business as a web designer, then you should take those awful freelancer profile links out of your signature and replace them with links to your portfolio instead. Nobody cares about your Freelancer profile, they do care about whether the quality of your work is up to snuff.

      3) And finally, rather than start off by talking about budget and money, which is a turnoff, you should start off by telling, actually by showing what you can do for your prospective client, again links to your portfolio would help. Money, budget, and pricing are important to be sure, but your clients thoughts are centered around their needs not yours.
