Email Query / Contact Form

Hi Warriors,

I dont know whether there is an answer to this but let me try and explain.

I am redoing a site for a client, and for there contact details it is sales@theredomain.com

My problem is that they run through a mail server at there premises, which on the hosting account has " mx server" settings set. Which is great as they of course can recieve their emails.

When i was testing the email on a contact form instead of coming through as sales@theredomain.com it was coming through like company@box395.bluehost.com

I contacted bluehost and they are saying without a physical email account setup in cpanel it would not work.

Does anyway know a way around this?

Feel free to ask more details if I havent detailed all thats needed to know here.

Can you post the code for the contact form (both HTML, and PHP (if its a PHP form)).

I'm not sure on the method you have used, have you targeted the form to something like: mailto:email@address.com, or does it get processed by server side script? (in which case, this is in the wrong forum but that dont matter).
