Wordpress+CSS Quick job offer

I'm not very good at css. In my wordpress theme, I would like to have an author image with a background image, displaying the link of the author on the bottom, below the headline on single.php to the right.
It needs to be aligned at a certain position, also there are 4 authors, so it would need to pull the image based on the author name.
The names should all link to only one page, the writers page on my site.
I know this is easy if you know css and wordpress, but it would take me forever and I need this done rather quickly.
Please reply in this thread if interested or PM me. I can show a site that has this implemented, so the css style can be seen with firebug or using chrome..
