    Probably in index.php or whatever calls that page and after it calls comments.php

    Also could be in page.php since it looks like a static homepage.

      Ya, it is a static page and it was in page.php.

      I thought I looked through all the php files, but I guess I didn't. Sorry I freaked out lol
