What's the best software for building a 100-plus-page adsense website: Dreamweaver or Xsitepro? My main concern is adding pages to the website quickly and easily. TIA for your input.

Why don't you use Wordpress instead of Dreamweaver or Xsitepro?

I agree. Building a site out page by page is definitely not the way to go in 99% of situations.

you can build multiple pages to use basic languages like that,
PHP, CSS and (X)HTML are critical for making an effective, easy to modify, and standards compliant website. Using PHP, CSS, and XHTML allows you spend more time working on content, rather than having to change each page because you wanted to add another item to the main navigation.

I am also agree with limcode why don't you use wordpress for building Multi-page website. Sites using this CMS will be indexed in the search engines much faster than traditional static websites. That means you have traffic coming to your site sooner rather than later.

I've got the latest update of XSitePro, which includes some new marketplace features relating to Google AdSense too, so I think it's worth checking out, especially as it's great for beginners getting to grips with SEO and so on.

Ehh I feel like thats a bunch of B.S. Wordpress has plenty of free adsense plugins that you can configure to just throw into pages and posts above the fold and everything. Seems like a cakewalk compared to uploading pages through FTP with dreamweaver every single time. You can even update it from your iphone =P.

Yup! I agree and i recommend the same. Its a piece of cake to add new pages and configure Google adsense as you can make sure of built in widgets. So why we should put extra efforts into it when we can ready made stuff. WordPress is a best CMS and i always recommend everyone to use it.
