    Yes, It's wordpress. It's a custom theme they've built - and did a nice job with it too. The image rotating is actually flash. The images in the flash have a little 3d effect, but it's still just flash.

    There are image rotaters that use JS that do similar things. If you look at new themes - like on themeforest.net - you'll see lots of examples.
