Need the following for a wordpress design

I need a full photoshop PSD file...I will slice it as needed!
I don't want the wordpress design, only want someone to create the PSD file layout
for a full website.

This is what I want:

960px wide - optimized to 1024x768

- header - 960px X 250px
- background border - 960px
- footer - 960px - depending on content - 150px to 300px
** right sidebar will exist

Sample layout...

(standard wordpress layout I think)

The niche is "Wrestling"!

I might be missing details, new to this process but would like some dialogue...and to get something to work from soon!

    I can slice the image and convet to a wordpres theme. When you said the theme is wrestling is that your niche or is that the name of the wordpress theme you want to use? If you're ok with me using my own theme that makes it easier to work with, I can customise it for you and add your new sliced graphics.

      I guess what I was asking wasn't exactly clear. I don't want the programming for the wordpress theme. I want a photoshop PSD file with the complete look and layout for the WRESTLING niche.

      I will be doing the php/css wordpress coding.
