The easiest way to do it is to create your own squeeze page giving away something related to the CB product you're promoting. You can capture their email when they opt-in to get your freebie then offer them the CB product in your autoresponder sequence.

As a word of advice... don't shove the offer down their throat. Give them some great content related to the product and build a relationship with your subscribers before making the offer. When you make the offer, they'll be more open to listening to you.

You can create a opt-in page with free software like Kompozer or pay for Authoring Software like DreamWeaver. Find or create a free report to give away that relates to the product you are promoting and give it away on your opt-in page.
