Blueprint Mint

Haven't actually tested it on IE. Lots of CSS3 used so not sure how it would fare!

Any feedback is welcome!

Just my opinion, but since you asked - it doesn't work for me.

    - If you're trying to sell / convert, then the 3 column/modules is not the way to go. You'd get a much higher conversion simply by using standard squeeze page layout or blog layout.

    - You want to build your list? Get that sign-up form noticed (higher up).

    - FWIW, Vertical sliders are statistically proven to be less effective than horizontal sliders.

    - Finally, I think your products just need to better showcased.

I don't mind the design, it's fine. But it doesn't fit the products you are trying to sell. Hope that helps. All the best.

Thank you for the tips. I'm not sure how a squeeze page would help, as I'm trying to present multiple products. My reasoning for this design was to fit as much information as possible into a small amount of space without it feeling cluttered.

In regards to products being better showcased, yes I think you are right. I unfortunately can't really afford a designer as of yet.

      Thanks,
      Matt

it is busted in IE. No background, no alignment, etc...

it looks good in FF, but you don't quite know what it is about without reading into it, and everyone hates to read.

What version of IE were you on?

Yeah ok I did have "How it works" as the home page but feel like I need a better design to showcase what the site does. Thank you for the feedback - think I might try for a designer on odesk

Another question I should ask you guys is what would make you use the site?
    Better layout?
    More products?

    Thanks in advance

It looks like your site lists WSOs. Maybe you could show visitors how using your site is easier or better than just browsing the WSO forum here at warriorforum.com. What advantages does it have?

I see this page explaining what your site is about, but I don't see why I'd need it.

edit: I found this page which looks like it could be cool. I don't know why you wouldn't just make the front page of your site be the product browser. It seems that's the main attraction, so I don't understand why it's not front and center.

Yeah the browse page is the heart of the site - Not sure why I didn't make it the root url - have done so now. Cheers

the output in IE is very bad. While coding the output must be checked at every step. Also the header needs to be redesigned. Right now it is too dark

The redesign looks pretty good. I think, and agree with the poster above you, that the header is still too dark, could be a little lighter. I also think the layout could be a bit better, it doesn't have a lot going on which may tell Visitors that it doesn't have enough information/action for them, which is possibly the most important thing - the outskirts don't have the 'much going on'. That's my opinion.

I agree, there is a lonely or stagnant feel to it. Any ideas on what would liven it up? My original plan was to keep the focus purely on the products.

Apology: sorry to the IE users, I have been struggling to get a virtual machine of windows running on my mac to test it. It should be done in the next couple of days.

The landing page tells me absolutely nothing about what the site is or does. All I see is a long list of products with small or no images. Total turn-off.

I would focus on getting a landing page in there which showcases 3-4 products, perhaps in a slider, and has a good well-optimised blurb underneath which explains what your site is for. Otherwise I can't see how you're going to get in the SERPS, unless you're planning on promoting it with PPC?

      Thanks Karen.

Working on a showcase slider now.

      Cheers,
      Matt

The color makes me feel dizzy when I stare at this page. You may do some adjustment work to let it easy for visitors!

    - Kiddoman: you mean too many shades of blue? Apart from the product icons I didn't think there was a huge variety

    - Karen: what do you think of the new slider?

I like colors and stile and feel of the website. However i agree with everyone above, i would have no idea why is this website good for me. Just state the benefits more clearly.

The overall site is tidy and I do like the colour scheme.

But what I see is a long list of products with extravagant claims. I would just assume this is lots of junky PLR stuff and move on.

I don't see why your site is special or what you are offering me as a customer, your USP, I suppose.

The "junky PLR stuff" are products straight from the WSO forum (which usually has 4000 plus users on it).

The site aims to make browsing WSO-like products a breeze by sorting them into appropriate categories, allowing reviews/star ratings and providing a powerful search feature.

To put it bluntly, I think a forum structure of the WSO forum is not the right place for what is essentially a marketplace of buyers and sellers.

Change the font-family for the paragraps/decription for items, to something standart, more readable.

Maybe more inforamtion on each item ,and design some cool background.
