Looking for a master CSS coder for work on a custom site page menu navigation structure.
We have a custom web design in Wordpress that is using a custom page menu structure and for unknown reasons, the navigation won't incorporate the CSS styling that goes with it.
We need someone who can troubleshoot this issue...

The code above is what we will be using, so we need someone highly experienced in CSS as well as Wordpress because we need to add code to the function file to make it work correctly.
We are looking for someone who can start immediately.
