Wordpress Plugin - Adding Optin box to every post

Is there a wordpress plugin that can add optin forms (or Any other code or text) to the bottom of every post instead of the sidebar? I already know how to insert aweber code into the HTML section of a wordpress post. What I need is a way to turn this on and off as needed.

I'm trying to avoid having to go back and insert this into hundreds of posts if I can avoid it, especially since I might want to delete them and switch to Adsense only in the future.

    you could use the cpalead plugin which lets you add code (whether its a gateway or an advert snippet) by post or category

      No popup domination won't do it I use the one I wrote about here:
