Wordpress Design question

On my website Improve Health Info | Fitness And Health how would I add a amazon widget on the left side in the grey. I only have a 2 column website, but I personally think I have enough room to fit on the left site. How would I go about that?

    Your theme has been designed for 960px screen. You can use another theme or modify it by increasing the template size and add a new widget area/sidebar. How to do that will be a very long and time-consuming explanation. You can check WordPress.org tutorials for that.

    Or, instead of creating a new sidebar, you could simply add the Amazon ad to each post - there are many plugins that can do that, or you can hard-code it in the theme files.
