Im starting a new site called Internet Marketing
byyoursidemarketing.com

I made an ebook that people get for free when they sign up. Looking for a template to use and not to sure what style works the best. You can go to the url and see the template I have now. Changed a few things and just playing around with it.

I think that template is not going to work. Looking for a free template to work off of.
A nice simple and to the point template.. Any ideas?

    it seems you have some design issues here...things aren't aligned correctly. Have you used any multi browser software to check how it looks in all browsers? Also a few spelling mistakes you may need looking at.

    The images and background takes too long to load..

    Good design is important on landing/squeeze pages. You can purchase a very nice landing page/squeeze page template on themeforest for under $10.

    Your page does not instill that confidence on the visitors that says: this person has it together, I like the presentation, I will opt in for his stuff. That decision is made in a split second without conscious thought.. you gotta make a great first impression.

    I have to agree with buying a template or theme if you want this page to stand out. There are thousands out there at great prices that come with updates and support that you can't get just downloading free ones. Plus they are so much easier to adapt to what you need because (most) are well constructed so the coding is easy to follow and change.

    Holy space bar layouts batman.

    Either learn how html css actually work (rather than using a dodgy wysiwyg like kompozer) or pay someone to do it for you / purchase a premade lander.

    A premade lander that you dont know how to edit isnt great, because you cant split test, but its better than what you have now.

    In fact a plain mailto link saying 'gimmee ur email' would be better than what you have now.
