I would like to create a music website that updates daily with mew music, that was released on that day and allows users to download them. does anyone know how i can go about doing this.

    First you have to become the composer of those music things that you want to offer for download...

    Obviously, you didn't think of stealing other people's copyrighted material and distributing it, did you?

    Yeah you can do it legally by offering itunes download or amazon mp3 downloads by joining both affiliate programs. You can get feeds for both.

    This is a superb idea.
    It is legal when the composer allows you to download it and let your users to do so and also, if you are providing it after paying an amount (then it is different thing).
    Well, it is a sort of business idea, where you have to decide what you offer to the visitors and at which level. For example, you can allow a visitor to listen the songs online without downloading them. Thus, there are lots of things to consider according to the level of validation.
