affiliate ID problem with my wordpress blog post

I have problem with my wordpress blog.Best Kindle covers and cases
There are expernel links in post associated with my affiliate ID
sometime when i click on the link it appear on the URL bar (Heapr.com - Search Google, Twitter, etc. super fast! affiliate link) and then link is redirected to amazon product page but there is no affiliate ID in the amazon URL. I dont want Heapr.com - Search Google, Twitter, etc. super fast! to appear.Can you explain what is heapr.com

I shall appreciate your suggestions. Thanks.

    I do not understand, it never happend to any other external links. I have seen first time in my blog post. I was thinking it is due to free theme or something is happening due to pluggin installed in my wordpress blog
