I am interested in building my own banners for my campaign because i believe the ones provided by the advertiser are not the best that can be. Can anyone recommend some program i can use to build my banners. If possible free or cheap and not too complicated.

Pick ONE Business Model. Stick With it. Do not focus on anything else. Also highly suggested: Learn Copywriting, and improve your mindset (Read and follow EXACTLY the instructions in 'The Law of Success'). If you do all of these, it is pretty hard to fail.

    Definitely photoshop

But that's not the easiest to master if you ask me. it takes time to become great at it.

I just save time by using Fiverr gigs. Use the ones with high ratings and you'll be okay! Plus plenty of them allow for revisions. Just make sure you give them specific guidelines, not just vague ones.

Are you a SEO company? Make extra money by becoming a white label backlink audits and removals service reseller.

You should take a close look at Adobe Edge, it's free for now. Don't expect it to stay that way. After looking at some of the tutorials on Youtube I must say it looks to be pretty powerful. I've downloaded it and I'll tell you what I find after using it for a bit. It's supposed to offer a good SEO friendly alternative to Flash and I think maybe even animated gifs.
