Hi there

I have a travel Wordpress site.

I have an affiliate deal with a separate site that sells tickets/excursions etc. This is all viewed by a calender which updates with prices, times.

I am trying to embed this calender into my site (Via an XML feed I think) so that people can view it there rather than use the affiliate link to the main site.

The company have give me the details but I cannot find anywhere on the internet that explains how to do this.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Well you have to write a script which read the xml feed node by node and insert that into your database , and then write a calender script which fetches the information from your server and show it there.

But i must say if you are new to programming ,you must higher someone who can do this.

Maybe they can deliver as CSV, there are some "ready" WP plugins.

WordPress › XML Documents « WordPress Plugins

or you can also search for additional solutions that can be add/apply to WP...
