Looking for website critique

I'm in the process of building a new website for a lighting control integrator & energy management company - (More Solutions Lighting Control Specialists)

I'm using Joomla to construct the site. Right now I've taken a fairly standard template and have built several content pages.
If anyone has any tips, first impressions or advise on how to improve the site that would be most appreciated. Both I go into hours of css & tweaking I looking for help in what direction I should go with the site and if anyone has any good design tips or ideas on functionality, SEO etc.
Note: I am aware the search function is not working and there is an issue with the login section.
