Hey I'm looking to create a system for my online business. But I look everywhere and I really can't find the person or the team to work on what I'm looking for.

Does Anybody have any ideas?

    I guess you could decide exactly what your online business is, advertise it, and then the the person or team will come to you.

    Are you looking for web designers to help you get started?

    You can find some good web designers at oDesk and Elance. However, I would recommend going for a full time person who can work with you as you might need to get some changes done every now and then.

    So, with that I would recommend the people from Staff.com as they are more for full time remote workers. Here are their web designers:

    I'm sure those guys can help you out. These people have worked with a lot of startups already.
