Every post is double in my wordpress website

Hi guys,
I recently changed my websites theme from funnyplanettheme to many different themes, but in every theme, the images that are uploaded earlier than changing the theme are double. When I add new image everything is ok. I love this theme I dont want to switch back to funnyplanettheme. Please help me guys how do I correct this. I dont have any html or php knowledge, maybe basic of basic, so please guys any help I will really appreciate any help. Thanks for taking your time to read this. have a nice day.

    Because it is showing the featured image as well as the post which is just the image I think.Without knowing the theme or seeing the backend I'm not sure how you fix it but I don't think it's difficult as I vaguely remember having the same issue in the past.

    I am using "I love it" theme my site is themostcrazy.com. In featured images everything is ok but when Anyone click on any image, its double. Its so frustrating. I hope anyone can help be
