Wordpress URL Question

My wordpress site adds a code to the url once the page is loaded. It looks something like this: #.UijZSjbOmmg
Does any one know what this is and how to remove it. I've searched everywhere and can't find a solution.

    Check your plugins, deactivate one by one.
    If it doesn't go away, I would FTP to the server and temporarily rename the plugin folder to something like "plugins.temp" then check again. (don't forget to rename it back to "plugins" when your done)

    It also could be an address bar tracking code. I think Addthis has an option for that, and can be turned off.
