Wordpress show only text version (no theme)

Hello,

I had a weird behavior from a worpress blog I recently installed. I see it normally, but I had another person check it out and they saw only unformatted text and hyperlinks. No theme or images.
After refreshing several times, the problem continued for her... any ideas why this happened, how to reproduce the error and how to correct it?

    G`day G,

    the CSS file isn`t being read correctly, check the path
    for spaces or a comma instead of full stop etc. It could
    be the Theme Name also ... if it is a two word Theme
    Name it should read like-this or like_this ... not like this
    (know what I mean? )
