    IM has been quite a journey for me. Only 5 years ago I was learning web design and I hope to start to become more successful at what I do.

      Well to me the site looks good, great pr but hate having the video start up in auto mode, what if I was not full time IM'er and was surfing at my job and as my boss comes by this site just opens up blam im busted! *shrugs* Also I am very very big into responsive sites I would personally re do it as a fluid/responsive site again that is just me! I like how you have the sells and text setup as well, Good luck I do how ever like the site

    Hey there,
    I like the idea - but I see many flaws in the design (some colors don't really work on top one another, you've used shadowing or gradient where flat design would have worked better, etc.)

    The forms are a pain to go trough - maybe you could use jquery and section the forms into smaller chunks.

    The overall design is good - but it lacks the wow factor (not trying to be mean - just giving my honest opinion).
