I have not been consistent in getting CPA conversions. Can someone please tell me the best traffic source for CPA traffic that converts to sales?

PPC by far.

Try Bing Ads if you don't have a big budget or Adwords if you have it and want to get more traffic faster.

In terms of scalability and the speed in which you can get traffic, PPC is the best source. But as you want to make sales rather than just get leads, then using PPC traffic to build an email list is often the best marketing strategy because you can pre-sell a product to your list over a series of emails.

what do u think about poptm? spent $10, 12000 impressions, 315unique visitors, 367 page views but no conversions...
