I have a targeted list of 6,173 emails of people who want Dota 2 beta, and the list is constantly growing.

What can I do with these? what software can I use to email them or can I sell them?

    how did they opt-in? If they did a double opt-in and you are spam compliant you could hit them up with newsletters, offers, etc

    I recommend that you go to Offervault and type in the keywords describing the game (either use Dota or something similar) and then see if there are any networks that have offers related to the game that you possibly could market to the list.
