Best CPA network for biz opp / forex / binary email CPL offer?

We're considering launching some biz opp / forex / binary options email submit CPL campaigns...can anyone recommend some good CPA networks to run these on?

PS: we are testing these with a couple of networks so feel free to PM, happy to share experiences and compare notes

        i not know ,and affiliate managers not respomd at fundamental quwstion

        what is the condition for trader in orer affiliate can obtein cpl payable?
        1. register forex or binary account
        2.valid phone number
        3. discution with the broker in orfer to make the first deposit
        4.final decision is broker decision if the lead is valid and payable
        this is my conclusion
        any affiliate manager not offer me an response
