If you've read my last post, you'll know I unknowingly, but very successfully ticked off a few of my customers. As I've said, I don't blame them one bit, learned a lesson I did.

As I've mentioned, I went through every problem and took care of the situation. I also took it a step further, I offered each of them a couple free products, of their choice, to try and "make up".

Surprisingly, every displeased customer understood things happen, and were now happy. They...

Piss them off like I did!

Posted 7th October 2008 at 05:22 PM by Ron Killian (Internet Marketing and who knows...)

I am often the first one to give some one a earful if I their customer service stinks or is non-existent. Sadly far too many marketers and companies on the net have lack luster customer support, just from my experience. Not every one of course, there are a few stand up business owners.

Well, I was lucky enough to mess up my own support system and tick off some customers. I am not going to go into the how, as I felt like an idiot on my own, with out any ones help.

Squeezing my squeeze page is giving me a headache

Posted 7th October 2008 at 03:27 PM by DeePower

I'm a good writer but lousy at sales copy. I know I should think benefits not product attributes but it's a challenge. i think I'll procrastinate and have Rose and Kate blog. They're my Irish Setter and English Spring Spaniel and yes they blog. They have their own website too, appropriately named Rose and Kate.
