Product and service sales income

Pick a product or service to sell on your website or blog, markup the price, and earn enough money to pay for your expenses. The remainder is called profit. Sounds simple, but some people come to a halt at the beginning by asking what product or service could they possibly sell? Don't think too hard about it, the answer could be right in front of you. And how much of a markup is selling something that was basically free to you? Pretty big I suppose....

Now isn't this really the heart of marketing? Unless you select mass broadcast to advertise your product, you have to figure out who is your ideal customer, and target that group like a laser beam. Websites that have asked for permission and carefully build profiles of specific customer target groups are in a valuable position to earn new revenue. The key here is permission, or opt-in/opt-out, before you do anything with this data. Your customers trusted you enough...

Membership and subscription income

Okay this one is probably the best known method for all the regulars at Warrior Forum. For the uninitiated, you can earn money by restricting access to most content on your website to paid users only. Perhaps you have a preview section for visitors, but if they want to read the rest of the article or view larger pictures or drill down to see detailed information, for example, they need to signup and possibly pay you a membership fee immediately....

"New Offer from XYZ!": Don't Delete These

Here is a helpful tip for those of you working with CPA networks. How often do you get those notification e-mails that read “New Offers from XYZ Media!”. What do you do with them?

I am personally signed up to about 30 CPA networks so, as you can imagine, my inbox fills up pretty quickly.

Your first reaction is to just to a mass “delete” on all those new notifications cluttering up your Inbox, right? Don’t do it!

Those are great opportunities...
