Thanks for reading. Last week, I went over the 114 things that I know now that I wished I had known when I first started doing internet marketing. This article actually got a few links and with those links came several hundred visitors a day (I want to personally thank those of you who promoted it). Anyway, long story short, one of the comments on one of the forums kind of got me to thinking. Here is the comment….

Part two of the first day

I plan on getting a nice professional header and footer designed but at this point I don't even know how to install it.

I submitted the blog to google http://blogsearch.google.com/ping

Placed an ad on craigslist.com with a link back to the blog

Used pingomatic.com to ping the blog. Also tried to claim it with techonorati.com but for some reason it wouldn't take it. Kept saying the url is wrong.

Two Economies?

In today’s uncertain climate it seems that everyone has one of two opinions about the state of the economy. Depending on their view point they are either fearful or optimistic. This is not a matter of personality, but more a matter of background or, for lack of a better term, programming.

It's been awhile

I have a new blog and want to start monetizing what I like to do, not just what I think will sell. the blog is Dee's Delicious Dinners Every day I'll post what we're having for dinner.

The monetizing comes from AdSense, amazon affiliate sales and whatever else I can think of.

I registered the domain last week but had some trouble actually setting it up on my server. The trouble was I had the wrong nameservers. Yesterday I could access it through the cpanel of my web...

Is Your Business Driven by Clients Or Customers?

My question for you today is: does your business run on clients or customers? The difference is that a customer is somebody who buys from you once, that is the only relationship you have with that person. This was my marketing strategy for years. Launch a product, they pay, and then I never speak to them again. You should not market that way. You need to blur the line between a client and a customer and never stop selling to them.

After people buy from you, get them on a mailing list...
