Ode To The Passion Of Online Marketing

I feel like this ought to be an ode to the passion of those who are in internet marketing, but it's not.
I do believe that you should be passionate about what you are doing with your life. But, some of the people in online marketing take it to an extent that it could be a Hallmark Channel movie.
It's just flat out overdone. Check out some of the posts on Facebook and search some of the blogs that are out there and you are going to picture people dancing in the rain and breathing out rainbows.
Don't get me wrong. I love what I do. I wouldn't want to do anything other than coach people on how to make money in internet marketing.
But, I think that it is much more important that we are focused and effective if we are going to be a success at online marketing.
So, what are the pillars that I build a business on? Blood, Sweat and Tears
Crying your way to online marketing success
When you see someone who has tears in their eyes when they talk about why they are doing online marketing, you are looking at someone who is 100% committed to their success and their business. The tears could be from joy or from the pain.
If you can cry, and I don't mean the fake ugly cry, about what you are wanting to put out into the world, then you know that you are moving in the right direction. It does tell the world that you are passionate about what you are doing. It means something big to you.
Tears let us know that our online marketing business is a part of who we are at the very deep levels of our being.
Sweat, baby, sweat
You are going to work harder and far longer than you ever expected to find your online marketing success.
You are going to be getting up early and staying up late every single day and giving your very best to the world. You are building a brand and believe me that takes muscle.
There is a saying that goes: You cannot outwork your passion. You have to be willing to grind it out, whatever it takes, to build the sweat equity that is going to bring you success.
WARNING: The loss of blood can cause....
Reality check. I am not asking you to bleed for your business. Really the only blood loss will occur from an occasional paper cut.
What I want you to get out of this is that you have to let your online marketing business get into your blood. Have it flowing through your heart and your brain. Let it become a part of your DNA.
Once this starts to happen, no matter how big your dream is you will find that you have the talent and the genius to make it happen.
You want the gut level stuff that is you to be placed on the table. Now, people really know who you are, what you are about and they are going to join you.
Be 100% committed everyday to your business. Believe in you and in your purpose. Hustle beyond what you think you are capable of, push harder and give a little bit more every time that you reach out to the world. As soon as bringing the very best that you are capable of becomes a sense of duty - magic happens and your online marketing business is a success, and so are you.
