Cutting Through the Cr@p

As many people here at the Warrior Forum will know, it took me 8 years to get from newbie to actually earning a full-time income – I started my main site in 2003. Now, 10 years later, I am trying to make my first $1 Million. I could not, in all honesty, have set myself that goal before this year. The reason is quite simple: I did not believe it would be possible for me to achieve it.

It is not a popular message; it is not, generally, what people want to hear. What they want to hear is that it is easy to make money and that any fool can do it – even if you can't write, you can't type and you can't even think for yourself! People actually want to hear that there is a secret sauce, a special piece of software or a hidden thingummybob that will make money for you.

People are possessed by the idea that, if everybody else is making money, it must be easy, so there must be a magic button or a magic key or magic formula. They want to hear that there is little or no work involved too, but the truth is that there is no magic other than the magic of hard work and persistence that truly has the power to change your reality into almost anything you desire.

Here's my reality ...

- 1 year to make my first sale
- 3 years to decide there was no magic key
- 5 years to really know what I was doing
- 8 years to achieve financial independence

At the end of this year, I am hoping to be able to add another bullet to that list: I would love to be able to add '10 years to make my first $1 Million' – as I said, that was the goal I set myself at the beginning of this year.

Finally, I got myself into a position where setting that goal for myself was possible i.e. it was a believable proposition, having cut through all the cr@p and learned my lessons the hard way, with experience being my greatest teacher. And now I also know what I need to do to achieve my goal. As it turns out it is not at all complicated. As I have said many times in the past making money is simple – not easy – simple!

In case you are still searching, here is what you need to know: making money online is as simple as putting converting offers in front of targeted traffic – simple, not easy! There is more in that short statement than you will find in many 'make money' products too. Find a converting offer – for whatever interests you – and then concentrate on getting people who are interested in that offer in front of it.

If you become a master of generating targeted traffic and you have a converting offer, you will become unstoppable.
