Local Money Making

I have to admit I love to work locally. I am an old time sales man and like the face to face meetings.
When people get to gauge you at a face to face you really have to have your game on. No doubts about it. Looking presentable, not having a heavy smell (sweaty or overly cologned), not having bad breath, and having a bright cheery attitude, all makes it work.
I've talked with hundreds of fellow business owners, made money off a lot of them, and will continue to do so. Now that I am aged, and experienced, it is easier to do. Rejections are fewer indeed, but I still made money as a younger person, just had to be a better talker.
