How do you use Twitter?

Twitter has become a very important part of a lot of people’s lives and we have all learnt to use Twitter for all sorts of different reasons. You simply can’t escape Twitter whether it is finding out all about the breaking news before everyone else or watching a television chat show and watching with delight as a well known celebrity texts through to their profile.
Many people have spent years wanting to communicate with celebrities and this has provided them with their big chance.
Other people love the idea of communicating with people they have never met and the buzz that it provides when they get a reply or a re-tweet. I love it when people reply to me and find me interesting. It just gives you a really good feeling about yourself and makes you realise that Twitter can give you the chance to make lots of friends.
I am a big movie addict and have exchanged tweets with some amazing people over the last three months. I also use it to answer questions instead of trawling Google looking for reviews for a new film that I am thinking of watching a simple have you seen…….. works a treat and is also a great way to share a hobby.
Twitter is also a fantastic source for creating a business, building traffic and even making sales. A simple post inviting people to your website where you have an optin page can add hundreds to your email list with just a flash of the mouse.
If say you have used the likes of forums in the past to build your list how many hours would it take you to add one hundred new subscribers that won’t just un-subscribe once they have received their incentive for joining.
I posted a special offer on Twitter just this morning for a simple pack of quality Private Label Right Reports and got an amazing 50 orders and they link only took me a minute or so to type. You really can’t knock the power of a Tweet. I have come across a great deal of Internet Marketers that say they won’t touch Twitter as they feel it is too much like hard work well they have never read my free e-book then!
Businesses should use it like Press Releases inform the community of their business activities and the traffic will simply flow through to them it really is that easy.
Whatever your interests Twitter has something to offer everyone all that you need to do is be interesting. Even if your talking about the weather don’t just say its raining, say it more detail as why would someone want to follow someone with such a boring message.
How you use Twitter may be different to mine but we will all find a community of people that follows our own personal interests.
