If you have a long web page and someone needs to scroll all the way down, or all the way back up to the top to take action, you may lose them.

This is especially a problem on mobile devices. It can take forever to scroll up and down on an iphone.

I have seen several websites use carats, which if clicked on, take someone to the top of the page. The problem is, you see a carat (^) on the screen and don't know what it does. It looks like a typo floating on the screen....

Every year there seems to be another MLM scam ready to suck the few pennies remaining from the desperate.

Last year it was the Empower Network, which mostly had to be banned from the forum. You don't hear too much about it any more. Even the "true believers" have disappeared, likely when they gave up making monthly payments.

Now, it is MOBE MTTB. Basically, this is an expensive MLM program which, surprise surprise, touts itself as a marketing training program....
