I finally started following Harlan Kilstein's advice and have been updating my Web Marketing Strategies blog regularly over the last couple months, and to up the ante I have used a pure curation play with zero SEO. Arguably negative SEO because I did what i would normally regard as well under the minimum any sane site should use. Result: It just hit page 1 of Google for this keyphrase, with was my initial target:

You do not need to post/write article for your social network after few hours or each day. Set a schedule so that you can contact with your potential clients a day each week. I like Wednesday to post for my social fans. There are a lot of example in the industry those who only write something or contact with their clients once a week and they and successful in their field.
