Whenever you're searching for information on a specific product, such as a DLGuard review, you want to hear from actual customers who own the tool so that they can give you a realistic accounting of whether or not it's something worth spending your money on.

You don't want a review from someone who's never owned it, but is just reading what's on the sales page - or worse, the owner himself. This DLGuard review is being given from a customer who paid full price for this digital download...

Why do they tell us to treat our subscribers like friends?

I would argue that it's not just theory, it's one of the various long term tested marketing strategies, and it's a much deeper subject than the casual observer might care to reflect on. I'll give it a go, but it won't be short.
