March Madness is the NCAA Basketballs finest moment. What happens is that the associations committee gets together and based upon which teams wins their conference championships are given an automatic bid to the tournament.

Than 65 teams are picked on selection Sunday at 6:00 PM and than the madness begins.

The best thing to do is to download and print out a March Madness Bracket and start filling out the college basketball teams that you believe will be the winner down...

When I first heard of Joel Therien and Chris Reid's new program the 7 Minute Workout, I have to say I was skeptical. Being an active person, but not into exercise, the idea of being able to get in shape in only 7 minutes a day seem pretty far fetched.
