Email Marketing: Need a list a solid B2B list

It's been awhile since I've been here. I usually don't post, mostly lurk around, but have a QUESTION for all of you.

I left affiliate marketing early last year...it seems it's been declining, well maybe not for everyone, but for my buddies and I it has. Not like the good old days. Anyways, I started my own social marketing business 2 years ago. We basically manage and market for brands and business' on social media. We manage all of their social media sites, and as an option we can advertise via facebook, linkedin, and youtube. We charge them a monthly service fee for our services.

So...it's a new year, and I want to build a bigger cliental, and expand the business. I want to get back into email marketing. Before I found each and every email on my own, it took A LOT of time, but I was wondering how I could find a solid list of business' emails. I don't need personal emails, or opt-in emails even. Where can I find this? They don't need to be compliant because I found out if I personalize the email to some extent, people don't find it as spam. I also include an opt-out option. I'm looking at sending out about 250-500 emails a day. So, nothing big. Just want to give it a try.

I guess what I'm asking. Is there a site or place I can purchase a list of business' emails? A legitimate place. As I've never done email marketing when I was in the affiliate game.
