Increasing email list

I'd love to know some good ways I can build my email list. I have a pop up on my site to take emails as well as using social media to try build my list. I have an e-commerce website so an email list would really benefit in my marketing

    Tip #1:
    Just read other posts here in this forum. You can see this section is just for Email marketing and you can find an ample amount of information to give you the insight you need to grow and market your list.

    Tip #2:
    When creating your own thread; if you want a good response from other warriors, try to be more specific. People will take you more serious if you actually sound like you're needing help in something you're actually attempting. Again there's tons of threads here in the email marketing section just on building lists so you can click on almost any thread and find valuable key information that will help you grow your list outside of social media.

    So, have you tried anything else besides social media? How many threads have you read here? Read more.

    when people sign up to my email list i offer them coupons and special offers exclusive to my list. I know there is plenty of content on this forum which will explain but alot of it isnt about building a list for an ecommerce store.

    Well first of all it's not only about building a list, building a list is good with the right things in place. If you have things in place and you have an offer that converts well test it out with some solo ads (if you're in the MMO niche) if it turns out to be profitable reinvest that money. Paid traffic will give you much quicker results however with some work and time involved free traffic can be beneficial as well. The key to free traffic is finding a method and stick to it don't jump around until you've mastered one skill and it brings in good results. Paid traffic start low before scaling.

    It's not always about coupons and special offers. People have to see the value of opting into your list, if there isn't an immediate intent to buy, the coupon doesn't necessarily make people want to opt in

    Getting more email subscribers means getting more visitors to your site.

    Make sure you're properly incentivizing people who are opting into your email club. Without a strong call to action or solid promotion, it will be difficult to convince people to opt into your marketing campaign.

    If your content is good & people are interested in what youve got to say they will be more likely to sign up for your newsletter. There is the old saying "Whats in it for me" so if you let them know they will get something free when they sign up that may make make them more likely to add them themselves. But if they are just doing that to get something free will they buy in the future ?

    The best way remain PPC!

    Learn very well how to manage a Facebook or a AdWords Campaign!!
    Your goal is to get targetted traffic spending not more than few cent for click!!!
