Cold email campaign

Hi,

I started my first cold email campaign (100 emails every week to start), I had an open rate of 40% and 5% click through rate, but then I learn about the Spam policy in email services providers, I was using verticalresponse.com but I think I may get in trouble with them since my recepients did not optin to my list.

I know that many people and important companies use cold email to prospect with great success so what service providers would allow me to send cold emails?

    If you're personalizing emails for prospective clients who you've reasearched etc. then you shouldn't have to involve that in any type of list people would need to opt-in to. You're simply tracking down prospects and sending them emails.
