Hi,
2 of my posts were removed by "a moderator". The reasons:
"no context to WF" and
"no context - customer service issue"

What does that mean?

Or is it because I criticized a product which is sold here?

Regards

    Hi,

It looks like the product was not sold in our marketplace. Warrior Plus has absolutely zero to do with the Warrior Forum.

So, we can't do anything about it.That's what no context means We also don't allow naming and shaming anyone.

If the product was purchased through the forum, customers with a problem can post in the thread in a factual way (not emotional as in - he's a scamming liar).

Sounds like your best bet is to contact their support again, Warrior Plus, or the payment processor such as PayPal.

    Mark
